Eligibility for Refunds

SEO and digital marketing services involve ongoing optimization and depend on factors outside our direct control, including:

  • Industry trends
  • Platform policy changes

Because of this, TechUp Solutions does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings
  • Traffic increases
  • Revenue growth
  • Lead volume

Refunds will not be issued based solely on ranking fluctuations or unmet business expectations.

Client Delays & Communication

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Missing client feedback
  • Delayed approvals
  • Lack of communication
  • Failure to provide required assets or access

Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact TechUp Solutions directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or ongoing work may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Removal of deliverables
  • Legal recovery actions where applicable

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of recurring services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests submitted after billing has been processed may apply to the following billing period instead.
