- Consultation services
- Monthly retainers
- Custom development projects
This includes:
- Research hours
- Planning
- Technical setup
- Content production
- Campaign implementation

Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments were made accidentally
- The project has not yet started
- TechUp Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed service
- A cancellation request is submitted before work begins
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed partially or fully depending on the amount of completed work and resources already allocated.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
- Work has started but not been completed
- Project scope is reduced mutually
- Service cancellation occurs during an early project stage
Any completed milestones, consultations, strategy work, or development hours may be deducted from the refund amount.

SEO & Marketing Disclaimer
SEO and digital marketing services involve ongoing optimization and depend on factors outside our direct control, including:
- Search engine algorithm updates
- Market competition
- Website condition
- Industry trends
- Platform policy changes
Because of this, TechUp Solutions does not guarantee:
- Specific rankings
- Traffic increases
- Revenue growth
- Lead volume
Refunds will not be issued based solely on ranking fluctuations or unmet business expectations.

Client Delays & Communication
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:
- Missing client feedback
- Delayed approvals
- Lack of communication
- Failure to provide required assets or access
Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact TechUp Solutions directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or ongoing work may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Removal of deliverables
- Legal recovery actions where applicable

Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of recurring services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests submitted after billing has been processed may apply to the following billing period instead.

Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banks
- Transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable
